Ben Mogerman has been involved with Ani Shlishi since its inception. Ben holds a B.S. in Psychology from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa. He made aliyah in 2013 through the Garin Tzabar program whose members are young adults who wish to make Israel their home and provide a meaningful contribution to the IDF as “Lone Soldiers”. During his IDF service as part of the Paratrooper’s Brigade, Ben called Kibbutz Ein Dor his adopted home. He currently lives in Tel Aviv, where he is involved in start-up businesses and is a member of a unique funk-driven pop rock group.

From the outset, we have depended on volunteers – mostly post-army young adults – who help collect, schlep, sell, and distribute our second hand items and give of their time to our beneficiary organizations.
